ebisu Roll is inspired by Japanese style smooth and stylish cream roll cakes.

Owner chef Kazumi Tsuji was born and raised in Japan. After she moved to Los Angeles, she found it difficult to find pastry comparable to the subtle yet robust taste, precise craftsmanship and delicate balance of those readily available in back home.

Her own cakes have the same essence and style as those from Japan. ebisu Roll is not too sweet, not too heavy, has a light and robust taste with a perfect balance of flavor.
